Novolac High Temperature Vinyl Ester Resin

Our range of MFE Novolac Vinyl Ester resins offer excellent resistance to high temperatures.  Additionally, they display outstanding resistance to solvents and oxidising acids. Please contact RF Composites and refer to our corrosion guide to ensure a suitable product for your application requirements.

Furthermore, please also read the product Safety Data Sheet below.

Resin Storage

Vinyl ester resins should be stored in a cool and dry place that is out of direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be maintained below 25°C and it should be kept away from all sources of heat which might create localised hot spots.

The shelf life of the product may be shortened when improper storage or transportation has occurred due to polymerization. Exposure to direct sunlight or other sources of high temperature can lead to dangerous exotherms with rapid polymerization.

Copper and alloy that contains copper should not come into contact with the resin.

All Vinyl Ester Resins should be stored separately from oxidizing materials, peroxides and metals.

Product expiry is 3 months from RF Composites' manufacturing date.
