Fibreglass Infusion Mats

Our core combination mat consists of a synthetic non-woven core sandwiched between chopped strands (excluding binder) or multiaxial fabric and stitched together. This allows for easy migration of resin throughout the laminate.

It is compatible with Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin and Phenol resin.

The product can be used for RTM, vacuum forming, molding, injection molding and SRIM molding process as well as for the manufacture of cabin cover, automotive and train parts.

These fabrics have a high degree of deformability to be drapable to mold cavity shapes as well as allowing for small variations in molding cavity thickness.
